Weather-related disasters continue to make headlines in the USA. Last weekend’s tropical storm Lee that drenched the Gulf Coast forced the cancellation of Tomorrow’s World Special Presentations scheduled for New Orleans, Louisiana, and Biloxi, Mississippi. High temperatures and tinder-dry conditions across the southwest have spawned some of the worst wildfires in the history of Texas.
