Member Directory – Sample Database – Tutorial Video

To use the database, available to download below, you must be running Microsoft Office, Access 2007. If using a Mac, you must run Access 2007 within the Parallels program.

From time to time, if the size of the database climbs to 4 or 5MB or more, go to File > Manage > Compact and Repair database. Run this function to keep things in order and also maintain a smaller file size. This restricts it from growing needlessly.

Also, available below for download, is the Congregation Contact Info form that can be easily printed onto 5×8 index cards (plain) and passed out in services for the brethren to fill out. The information is the same information that is needed to input into the database and having them formatted similarly is helpful.
